“Maybe you’re where you are today for a reason other than you thought.
Maybe the first thing to do is cleanse the past and heal your heart.”
~Melody Beattie

We might wonder how to cleanse the past and heal our hearts, right? We’re not sure that’s possible. Life has been hard and it’s easy to give up and accept that this is our life – the way it will always be. What if the problem is that you’ve done life alone for too long? Maybe you just  need someone to help clear the fog, walk with you for a time, validate your experience, and help you find your way to a better view.

About Anne Allgyer

My name is Anne Allgyer. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s degree in counseling at Eastern University and received 12 postgraduate credits at Liberty University. I’ve always been interested in the human condition, curious about motivation, and how we can  become our  best selves. Since 2011, I’ve had the honor of working with individuals of all age groups and various issues. I love what Beth Moore said about the journey. It goes something like this: “Emotions are a lot like laundry. Sometimes we have to dump them all out before we can sort them.” I consider it a privilege to sort things out with clients and would welcome the opportunity with you.
